How does hiring through Ambition In Motion save me time?
- Ambition In Motion can bring your hiring time down from tens or potentially hundreds of hours down to a few hours.
- As opposed to posting a job, waiting for applicants, sifting through the applicants, then scheduling multiple interviews, you can let Ambition In Motion know what type of role you are interested in filling or problem you would like to be solved and the type personality that would excel in that role and Ambition In Motion can match you with a candidate in their network that fits your criteria and schedule an interview between you and the candidate.
- Ambition In Motion has worked with these candidates for at least 3 months, so as opposed to making a hiring decision off of a few interviews and a couple of references per candidate which could take 5-10 hours per candidate considered, you can fill your role with a qualified candidate in just a few hours.
- Ambition In Motion can help minimize the time wasted of making a bad hire.
- Since candidates have completed Ambition In Motion’s 3-month program, they have a strong idea of what each candidate is like. After learning more about your role and the type of personality that would be strong in that role, Ambition In Motion’s team can go through your request and identify a vetted candidate that would be a strong fit for the role.
- Can I test working with a candidate to assess for myself if the person is a good fit?
- Yes, we allow a 2-week period where you and the candidate can assess if the work is a good fit.
- Ambition In Motion can help you build your pipeline.
- Since you are hiring candidates through Ambition In Motion at a younger stage in their career, they can help fill the roles that require more experience as they work with you for longer. Instead of hiring somebody outside and starting the hiring process all over again, you can leverage the candidates you have hired through Ambition In Motion to fill your more pressing positions, saving you significant time on the learning curve for the company and for the role.
- Ambition In Motion can bring your hiring time down from tens or potentially hundreds of hours down to a few hours.

-
How do Ambition In Motion’s fees compare to posting a job on my own?
- It depends on how much you value your time.
- There is a correlation between the amount of time you spend interviewing and assessing a candidate and the likelihood of making a good hire. The more time you spend assessing a candidate, the more likely you are to make a good decision, but the more it will cost your time.
- If you are spending 10 hours per candidate you are considering and there are 20 candidates, that will cost you 200 hours of your time to only have spent 10 hours total with the candidate you ultimately select. And unlike Ambition In Motion, hiring through a job posting won’t allow you a two week period to test working with the candidate you hired to see if they actually are a fit.
- Ultimately, the less time you spend in the hiring process, the less it will cost you but the higher likelihood you have of making a poor decision, costing you even more money in time and effort to replace that person.
- If you value your time at $50 an hour, the cost of spending 10 hours with 20 applicants is $10,000.
- Not only are Ambition In Motion’s fees typically less than half of that, Ambition In Motion spends over 3 months with the candidates they match with roles; meaning they have had more time to get to know the candidates they recommend and how they work on a regular basis (as opposed to a controlled interview environment). Pair that with the two-week period you get to work with the candidate to see if there is a fit, your likelihood of making the right hire the first time increases substantially.
